Gin 1 oz
White Crème de Cacao 1 oz
Light Cream 1 oz
Nutmeg garnish

Preparation:
Pour the liquids into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
Variation: To make Brandy Alexander substitute Brandy for Gin.
