Angel’s Tip

Serves 1
White Crème de Cacao 1 oz
Sweet Cream 1/3 oz
Maraschino cherry, optional garnish

Preparation:
Pour crème de cacao into a pousse café or cordial glass. Gently float the cream on top; do not allow the ingredients to mix. This is easily done by holding a teaspoon bottom-side up over the glass and pouring the cream slowly over it. Insert a toothpick into the cherry and place on top.
