Gin Stinger

Serves 1

Gin 2 oz
Peppermint schnapps 1 oz
Fresh mint sprig 1

Preparation:
Vigorously shake the gin and schnapps with lots of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass or serve on the rocks. Garnish with mint and serve.
Variation: to make Vodka Stinger (also known as a White Spider) substitute vodka for the gin. To make a Whisky Stinger substitute whisky for the gin. To make a Stinger substitute brandy for gin.
