Dark rum 1 oz
White rum 1 oz
Galliano ½ oz
Passion fruit syrup 2 oz
Orange juice ½ oz
Rose’s lime juice splash
Pineapple juice splash
Preparation:
Pour the rums, Galliano, passion fruit syrup and orange juice into a shaker. Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Splash on the Rose’s lime juice and pineapple juice and serve.
