Lemon juice 1 oz
Grenadine 2 dashes
Egg yolk 1
Maraschino cherry garnish

Preparation:
Pour the orange and lemon juice and egg yolk in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a chilled wine glass. Add two dashes of grenadine and garnish with a cherry.
