Ramoz Fizz

Serves 1

Gin 1 oz
Sweet cream ½ oz
Fresh lemon juice 1 ½ oz
Egg white 1
Confectioners’ sugar 1 tsp
Orange juice ¼ tsp
Soda water to top

Preparation:
Pour the gin, cream, lemon juice, egg white, sugar, and orange juice into a shaker filled with cracked ice. Vigorously shake and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with soda water and serve.
