Regular Manhattan
Serves 1
Rye 2 ½ oz
Sweet Red vermouth 1 oz
Grenadine dash
Cherry garnish
Preparation:
Stir well with ice and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry and serve.
Variation: To make Dry Manhattan use French vermouth. To make Sweet Manhattan substitute French vermouth for dry vermouth and garnish with a cherry. To make a Perfect Manhattan use red, dry and white vermouth.
