Sloe Gin Fizz

Serves 1

Sloe gin 1 ½ oz
Fresh lemon juice 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbs
Soda water to top
Maraschino cherry garnish
Orange slice garnish

Preparation:
Except for the soda water, pour all the ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with maraschino cherry and orange slice and serve.
Variation: to make a Vodka Fizz substitute 2 oz of vodka for sloe gin and remove maraschino cherry and orange slice.
