Brandy 2 oz
Peppermint schnapps 1 oz
Fresh mint sprig 1
Preparation:
Vigorously shake the brandy and schnapps with lots of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass or serve on the rocks. Garnish with mint and serve.
Variation: to make a Vodka Stinger (also known as a White Spider) substitute vodka for the brandy. To make a Gin Stinger substitute gin for the brandy. To make a Whiskey Stinger substitute Whiskey for the brandy
