Tequila 1 ½ oz
Dry vermouth ½ oz
Bitters 1 dash
Small red chili pepper 1

Preparation:
Pour the tequila and vermouth into an ice-filled shaker. Gently stir, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with bitters and garnish with the chili pepper.
