Typhoon

Gin 1 oz
Anisette ½ oz
Lime juice 1 oz
Chilled Champagne to top

Preparation:
Pour the gin, anisette, and lime juice into an ice-filled mixing glass and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top wit Champagne. Gently stir and serve.
