Vodka 2 oz
Fresh lemon juice 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbs
Soda water to top
Preparation:
Except for the soda water, pour all the ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Top with soda water and serve.
Variation: to make a Sloe Gin Fizz substitute 1 ½ oz of sloe gin for vodka and garnish with maraschino cherry and orange slice.
