Apple cider 1 gallon
Cinnamon sticks 6
Sliced lemon 1
Sliced orange 1
Whole cloves 1 tbs
Allspice 1 tsp
Dry white wine 1 gallon
Dark rum 2 cups
Preparation:
Simmer the cider, cinnamon, fruits, and spices for 2 hours over low heat. Ten minutes before serving, add the wine and rum. Serve hot.
